Michael Jackson weekend celebration feat. Michael Jonathan
Michael was born in Paris, France, and came to South Africa with his family 17 years ago. He studied at the school of arts in Pretoria and began his professional career 16 years ago.
Michael Jonathan started mimicking Michael Jackson from a young age, after watching a Billie Jean performance. Billie Jean remains his favourite song to perform. His uncanny resemblance to the king of pop and perfected dance moves, earned him the title of the new king of pop and SA's no1 impersonator.
He has a team of backup dancers and together they put on shows that amaze audiences around the country. The team have a few tricks up their sleeves as well, as their entertainment and dance skills go beyond your imagination.
Michael and team want to "thrill" you with their talent, because they are "dangerous" in what they do.
Their sincere wish is to "Heal the World" because they truly believe that it doesn't matter if you are "black or white". They say "Beat it" to the haters and ask the lovers if they "remember the time".
For them it is "Human Nature" to get down and "jam".
They look forward to "rock with You" and cannot wait to share the magic with you.
Michael returns to the Rhumbelow Theatre in June and this is a show not to be missed! See you there.
